English as a Second Language (ESL)

ESL is designed to enable English learners to become proficient in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in the English language. The content-based instruction is guided by the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS) and the English Language Proficiency Standards (ELPS).
