About me...
I am starting my 20th year of teaching, but this is my 6th year at Loflin MS. I am classically trained in piano and voice. I married my high school sweetheart who is also a musician! We have 2 kids together and 2 dogs. I love cooking, working out, and spending time with family/friends. My teaching philosophy is to make singing bring joy and a sense of belonging.

Sept. 4 (9:00-1:00 @ ?) - Region Choir Bootcamp Party - 7th/8th graders only
Oct. 3 (all day @ Timber Creek MS) - Region Choir Auditions - 7th/8th graders only
Oct. 15 (6:00 @ JHS) - Pyramid Concert - Choir 3 Treble and TB only
Nov. 7 (all day @ Weatherford HS) - Region Choir Clinic and Concert - 7th/8th graders only
Dec. 4 (6:30 @ JHS) - LMS Choir Concert - ALL CHOIRS
Feb. 17-18? (time TBD @ JHS) - LMS Choir Pre-UIL - Choir 3 and TB only
Mar. 24-25? (time TBD @ Aledo HS) - LMS Choir UIL - Choir 3 and TB only
Apr. 23 (10:00-4:00) - Epic Waters Festival - 7th/8th graders only
May 7 (6:30 @ JHS) - LMS Spring Choir Concert - ALL CHOIRS
May 14 (10:00-4:00) - Alley Cats - Choir 1 only
Choir Dues
Choir dues ($25) are very important in order to keep the choir program operating and successful. Things that will be covered in the dues are:
choir t-shirt (needed for performances)
uniform maintenance
transportation
sheet music
fun activities throughout the year
All choir members are expected to pay these dues by Friday, September 4th. All payments are to be made online through RevTrak! Click HERE to pay your dues.
