Please complete the form below to apply for General Membership in the Wells Chamber of Commerce.

Dues are paid on an annual basis. Your renewal month will be the month that you join.

General Business Voting Membership $125.00
Additional Company Employees $10.00 each.

Once your membership has been received and reviewed. A Chamber of Commerce representative will be contacting you for payment details and additional information.
