Teaching Experience

Being a lawyer is always in part being an educator. An educator for your clients about what the law says, what the risks could be, what's possible, and what's practical. A teacher for opposing counsel, for readers of the contracts you write, and so on.  Being a lawyer is also constantly being a student as well! But that's another topic...

Beyond this type of teaching, I’ve also assisted or taught on more formal University level courses on IP and technology law, including (in reverse chronological order).  After 2010, I focussed my time on other activities, including being an in-house counsel, and after 2013, my son.
