◊ Important: 7th Grade Plan for College & Career (PCCR) Meetings ◊
Counselors will be conducting their first 7th grade counselor lesson of the year next week on Wednesday, September 9th. This lesson will be your student’s first Plan for College & Career Readiness (PCCR) meeting, which will take place during their College and Career Awareness (CCA) class. This meeting marks the beginning of an important process to support your child’s academic and career path through 12th grade. Parents are welcome to attend.

Please check Skyward or ask your student to confirm their CCA teacher and class period, then attend during the corresponding time slot:
2nd Period: 8:55 AM – 9:40 AM
4th Period: 11:45 AM – 12:30 PM
7th Period: 2:15 PM – 3:00 PM

Dear 9th Grade Parents,
It is time to schedule your student's 9th Grade Plan for College and Career Readiness (PCCR) meeting. These 40-minute sessions include a group presentation in the Media Center followed by individual time with a school counselor. Parents are strongly encouraged to attend.
How to Sign Up
Log into Skyward Family Access, select the Conferences tab, and choose a time with your child's assigned counselor by September 8. (Note: After September 8, an appointment time will be automatically assigned to you.) We strongly encourage you to schedule your own appointment session at a convenient time to ensure the best possible experience for you and your child.

Available Dates: Sessions are during school hours on September 15, 16, 17, 22, 23, 29, & 30
Evening Sessions: Thursday, Sept 17 (4:00 PM and 5:00 PM)
Virtual Session: Wednesday, Sept 23 (during Virtual Parent-Teacher Conferences)

Please be aware that the last day for class change requests is Tuesday, August 25. After this deadline, schedules will be finalized, and no further adjustments can be made.
