Start with Interland(see below) for 10-15 min.

Next, click on Storyline Online (see below). Choose a story (or stories) to listen to. Do this for the last part of class.

After Storyline Online do the following:

1. do Command Q

2. put your headphones on the hook

3. straighten out your mouse and keyboard, and screen if necessary

4. push in your chair

5. wait for instructions to line up quietly row by row before heading back to class
