Information About Me

I am a Technology Engineering & Design Teacher at JSHS. I am was raised in Pollocksville, NC and attended JSHS! I am currently married and I have 1 son. I have a heart made for kids, travel and to serve others throughout my community!

I come from a host of Educators that worked in this school system for years. Being that my entire family were teachers, principals and even worked at the Board of Education, I was determine to break this cycle! I decided to go to college and major in Computer Science and then I went on and received a Master's Degree in Management Information Systems. I have worked in the corporate world for over 20 years as a Trainer, Supervisor and/or Management in I/T. After being laid off several times, I decided to come back to the profession that I ran from, teaching. And it is the best move I have ever made.
