We always serve fresh watermelon. Sometimes we have race t-shirts. Winners always win pies (and they almost always share).
Anyone can participate from anywhere with any kind of physical activity that motivates and challenges them.
All proceeds will support Southwest Georgia families affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.

See all the Dog Days Challenge winners, participant selfies and more on our results page.
T-shirt orders close Sunday, September 20th.
If you missed the Dog Days results deadline, don't worry. There's still a few days to submit your results form. All participants must fill out the Dog Days Challenge Results Reporter to officially complete their challenge and receive a complementary Dog Days sticker. An email from "Ichauway Dog Days Challenge" should contain a link to the form -- contact us if you can't find it.
Signed up but missing out on emails? Check your spam folder (or if you have gmail, check your "Promotions" tab). If you can't find it, shoot us an email (ichauwaydogdays5k AT gmail.com).
