All about Ms. Washington

Hi! My name is Tiffany Washington, and I’m so excited to be your child’s teacher! This is my 7th year teaching literacy. I truly love what I do, especially when it comes to literacy and helping students grow as readers. 

I’m a proud graduate of Jonesboro High School (Go Hurricanes! 🌪️) and earned both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the University of Central Arkansas. Go Bears! 🐻💜

As a literacy teacher, reading is my passion. I love helping students discover the joy of books, build strong reading skills, and gain confidence in themselves as learners. When I’m not teaching, you can usually find me with a good book in hand!
