Purpose Statement
I Can: Complete a bellringer by filling out the Career Outlook Sheet (S1S5B) and answering the questions, as well as complete two Standard 1 slides by filling out Google Forms and saving them, as well as, updating the Test Records section of the SSP.
Bellringer (10 Minutes)
Students Will: Complete in Full
Fully complete the S1S5B ("Career Outlook Sheet") and answer the 9 questions on the Doc. (It is in your Portfolio - Standard 1 Subfolder)
Activities (70 Minutes Total)
I do..(10 Minutes) Instructed Directly, I will explain the bellringer (S1S5B), the SSP editing and WHY we edit, as well as, S1S10 and S1S11 (S1S11A and S1S11B) and how to save. (decision-making/self-management skills)
We Do..(15 Minutes) Together, we will navigate through the slides and the SSP editing process as we discuss decision-making and self-management skills.
You Do..(45 Minutes) Independently, you will edit the SSP's Test Record tab, as well as complete 3 Google Forms for two Standard 1 slides, and finally, complete a bellringer by answering important questions on the Career Outlook Sheet (S1S5B).
Differentiation: Students who have already completed S1S5B should move to PPU and focus on completing Unit Assessments.
Assessment
Students will be assessed via S1S5B (Career Outlook Sheet) by answering the questions on the doc, by two Google Forms from the Standard 1 focusing on self-management and decision-making strategies, etc.
