About Me

Welcome to my first grade class! I am beyond excited for this year.

My name is Alyssa Ishmael and I am so excited to be your child's first grade teacher. I have a BSE in Early Childhood Education P-4 with an emphasis in Special Education and a Specialist degree in School Psychology. This will be my 13th year in education. 

I enjoy reading, spending time with my family, and playing tennis.  

I am so excited to be at VPA and can't wait to watch your child grow throughout the year!
