From the KCSOS Classified Employee Handbook

The grievance procedure is a means through which classified employees may seek recourse for alleged violations, misapplication, or misinterpretation of policies of this Office.  The employee shall have the right to request representation from the recognized classified employee organization at any level of the procedure.  The detailed grievance procedure can be found in the SOSCA Collective Bargaining Unit Agreement.
