How do I wash my sweatshirt?
Turn the sweatshirt inside out because it prevents the embroidery from rubbing up against other clothes or the machine. Wash using cold water and on delicates and air dry to avoid shrinking and the embroidery fuzzing. I also recommend avoiding fabric softener and strong detergents as it weakens the threads, fades the color, and overall dulls out the design. For extra protection, put the sweatshirt in a mesh laundry bag to wash.
Will the colors fade?
With cold water and air‑drying, the colors stay bright and crisp.
Can I return or exchange my sweatshirt?
No. Please be careful when selecting your design, colors, and sizing.
How long does it take to make?
Six hours, including sewing, ironing, packaging, and shipping!
How long will it take to receive my order?
I will try my very best to get it to you within fourteen days but I hope you can understand any delays!
