🔹 How does the matching process work?

We use a custom-built script that considers your company’s goals, tools, timeline, and preferences. Each request is reviewed and matched manually to ensure the analyst truly fits — both technically and operationally.

🔹 Who are your analysts?

All analysts in our network are vetted professionals with experience in process improvement, operations, workflow automation, reporting, and more. Most come from corporate, startup, or consulting backgrounds.

🔹 What types of projects can analysts help with?

Projects may include workflow audits, process documentation, SOP development, automation, reporting dashboards, or general operations strategy. If your internal processes need improvement — we can help.

🔹 How much does it cost?

We offer a flat hourly rate of $46/hr. (ACH) or $48/hr.(Card), with no contracts or platform fees. One week deposit of the estimated weekly hour total is required.

🔹 How do I know the analyst will be a good fit?

Every match is based on both technical requirements and personality/collaboration style. You’ll receive a tailored match, not a list to sort through.

🔹 Do you offer ongoing support?

Yes. Whether you need short-term support or an ongoing analyst, we remain available to help you track hours, adjust scope, and provide new matches as needed.

🔹 How long does it take to get matched?

Once your form is submitted, we typically deliver a match within 1–2 business days.

🔹 Is there a minimum project size?

We recommend projects with at least 20 total billable hours of estimated work, total hours per week are flexible and matched to company and analysts needs.

Analysts are paid $35/hour on all projects. You’ll receive a clear estimate of hours before starting.

You’ll be matched based on your skills, availability, preferences, and fit for the business’s goals. You won’t be competing against others for projects.

🔹 How often will I get projects?

Frequency depends on demand and your availability. We prioritize quality matches over volume, but are always adding new businesses.

🔹 Will I work independently or with a team?

Most projects are solo and remote. You’ll work directly with the client, but F.A.M. provides support and check-ins if needed as well as access to our entire network of analysts for non data specific collaboration, questions, and support.
