Our Battle of the Books team is part of a state-wide Battle of the Books program for 4th and 5th graders. Our team-members work on reading books from the NC School Library Media Association Battle of the Books list, and then we compete against other Johnston County schools to see who knows the most about those books.

If your child enjoys reading or competing, this could be a great opportunity for them! Being on our BOB Team does require commitment. Students are required to be present at our weekly practices. They also have to commit to reading at least five books.
