The 0 to Infinity Student AI Use Continuum is a framework designed to help educators understand and guide students’ progression in using generative AI tools in a responsible, ethical, and increasingly sophisticated way. It emphasizes developmental readiness, appropriate usage, and AI literacy, moving from no use ("0") to independent, creative, and critical use ("∞").
