John Spada, EA, CFE, MSA is an Enrolled Agent with over 30 years experience in the tax and accounting profession. He is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts with a BA in Management/Accounting and holds of Master of Accountancy degree from the University of Phoenix, as well as having completed several graduate level courses in Taxation at Bentley University. John is also the Controller of Atlantic Power and Light Corporation in Boston, MA. He served as a Captain in the United States Army during Operation Desert Shield. John also holds the designations of Certified Fraud Examiner and Accredited Business Accountant. His memberships include the National Society of Accountants, National Association of Enrolled Agents, The Institute of Management Accountants and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
