Accounting

Accounting is a one-year course designed to give students a foundation of the accounting system for a sole proprietorship, partnership and corporation. Students will learn how to start an accounting system, analyze transactions into debit and credit parts, journalize and post business transactions, and prepare month end reports. Students will also learn to use an automated accounting system. This course gives students an accounting foundation for college accounting or for working in a small business.
