The purpose of this survey is to gather interest in Johnson Creek's community playgroup program called "Little Jays" for the 2026-2027 school year. This survey does not guarantee enrollment or participation, although we may use the information you provide below to contact you about enrollment in the future.
The purpose of this survey is to gather interest in Johnson Creek's community playgroup program called "Little Jays" for the 2026-2027 school year. This survey does not guarantee enrollment or participation, although we may use the information you provide below to contact you about enrollment in the future.
The Little Jays program is a series of free community playgroups hosted by the Johnson Creek School District during the week. The Little Jays program invites children 3-5 years old (not currently enrolled in full time school) of various abilities to participate in free play, music and movement, short group time, and an art project. Each session will have a different focus including speech and language, gross motor skills, fine motor skills, and social-emotional skills led by trained developmental professionals. Parents would be responsible for transportation of their child.
