Our Mission:

Providing a free early childhood program housed within the Johnson Creek School District that serves children ages 2-5 who are not currently enrolled in a 4K program. The curriculum focuses on building speech and language, gross and fine motor, and social-emotional skills that align with the Wisconsin Model Early Learning Standards.

To reflect the needs and wishes within our community, The Little Jays program is an inclusive blend of children with and without disabilities. The Little Jays Program follows a structure of free play, music and movement, short group time, and shared book reading. Each session contains different focus activities to build further awareness of age-appropriate skills.

These enrichment sessions offer parents/caregivers and their children opportunities to learn through peer interaction, free play, sensory/art activities, and literacy.  Children can strengthen their skills through exploration, discovery, and creative experiences. Parents/caregivers will learn new and exciting ways to interact with their child(ren) during these sessions, and have opportunities to ask questions to our early childhood staff about developmental milestones.
