Personal and Professional Goals
My Personal W.I.G
My Personal W.I.G
My personal goal is to read/study my Bible every day for at least 45 minutes.
In order to reach my goal, I will complete the following lead measures:
Set a designated time each day
Utilize a study book
My accountability partner will be Ali Jude. We will complete weekly check ins on Sundays to discuss my progress towards this goal.

My Professional W.I.G
During the 2024-2025 school year, my professional goal is to increase my understanding of Kagan strategies and learn to successfully implement them in my classroom.
In order to reach my goal, I will complete the following lead measures:
I will attend Kagan training and professional development
I will observe my peers as they implement appropriate Kagan stratgies
My accountability partner will be Jessica Adams. We will complete weekly check ins on Wednesdays to discuss my progress towards this goal.
