My mission is to create a classroom that promotes active learning within a supportive community, addressing students' social-emotional needs. It should be a welcoming environment that inspires participation and learning. I focus on positive feedback to ensure students feel valued and capable. Beyond academics, I also emphasize character development to help nurture future leaders and responsible citizens.
