Hello! I am Mrs. Montgomery and I am proud to call myself the school counselor of Flat Gap Elementary! My desire for our school counseling program is that all students feel empowered and advocated for within our school building. I desire to address the three pillars of our counseling framework which includes social emotional, career/college readiness, and academic needs.
