This document has our dual credit offerings and how they transfer to common KY colleges. Tab 2 includes links to the general education requirements for each university. Tab 3 lists all AP classes and how they transfer with a passing exam score.

Scholarship Table

This sheet contains a ton of scholarship search engines as well as local and national scholarship information organized by due date. It will be updated frequently so keep an eye out (there will be a lot added as each month approaches). This is meant to be a quick reference sheet, scholarship details will be in the Senior Google Classroom.

Transcript Ordering Instructions

Your high school transcripts can be requested through our school Parchment site:

You will send an unofficial High School transcript when you apply. You will send a second official transcript (with your senior year courses and your graduation date once final grades have been posted. You can order your final transcript now as well, but select hold for final grades when placing the order (it will show send now by default). High school transcript requests are free while you are a student and for a few months after graduation, then a small fee will apply.

Dual Credit Course Transcripts:

If you took dual credit classes you have to send your transcripts from the dual credit college to the college you wish to attend. If you are currently in a dual credit class wait until final

grades are posted before sending. I recommend waiting until the end of your senior year to send these (they do chage a fee). Links to dual credit college transcripts are below:

Cap and Gown Link

Use this link to order your cap and gown. They are not plain black (they include embroidery) and must be ordered from Jostens. If you can't afford one please let the YSC know and we will make sure to have one in your size for you to borrow. I do not recommend ordering your invitations from Jostens (they usually do not ship until a couple weeks before graduation). The cap and gown is the only thing you need to order, and it includes a tassel (the options it shows you are additional keepsake tassels).
