Who are we?
Joanne Alcantara (she/her) has been in the non-profit sector for over 20, including serving as an Executive Director and Board Member. She is the owner of two small businesses, this one and Tribal Electric LLC. As Principal Consultant, Joanne works with clients who have a broad range of needs, providing coaching and consulting.
Asiyah Herrero (she/they), Grant Writer, has been with the company for over 2 years and has worked with several non-profit organizations over the past 5 years. They bring a passion for service and their strengths as a researcher and writer to our work. Asiyah is bilingual in English and Spanish.

Our team loves working with individuals, grassroots organizations, and small businesses to reflect on where they are coming from, be present in the opportunities of the moment, and plan the next steps in their dreams. We are happy to connect with you about your personal goals, organizational retreats, fundraising, and creating more structure and sustainability for your organization.
Our main office is located in Seattle, Washington and we prioritize local projects that align with our values and skills.
