2. Registration Fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organizers, in which case the face value of the Registration Fee will be refunded.

4. Minumum Specifications for Laptop: Intel Core i7 processor, 16 GB of RAM, and a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 graphics card or better system.
