Terms of condition

参加規約

1. Participants must register for participation after agreeing to the Terms of Participation. After the registration is completed, it is assumed that Participants have agreed to all the contents of the Terms of Participation.

参加者は本参加規約に同意した上で、参加登録を行うものとします。なお、参加登録完了後については、参加規約の全ての記載内容に同意しているものとみなされます。

2. Onsite participants pay attention to prevent the spread of new coronavirus infection (wearing masks at the venue and monitoring physical condition before participation, etc.) and follow instructions that may be announced by the 27th Japanese Medaka and Zebrafish Meeting office.

オンサイト参加者は新型コロナウィルス感染拡大防止の対策（会場でのマスク着用、参加前の体調管理等）に留意し、本研究会が特定の対策をお願いする場合にはそれに従います。

3. Participants are not allowed to share any of the contents presented at this meeting with a third party.

参加者が本研究会で見知った内容を第三者に伝えることを禁止します。

4. Participants are not allowed to share ZOOM IDs and passwords with non-participants.

参加者が本研究会のZOOM ID、パスワードを参加者以外に教えることを禁止します。

5. Participants are prohibited from taking videos, recordings, photographs or screenshots of presentations.

参加者が発表者の発表の動画撮影、録音、写真撮影、スクリーンショットを行うことを禁止します。

6. Due to the time limitation, even if you register for an oral presentation, you may not be selected as a presenter.

開催時間に限りがあるため、口頭発表を希望しても発表者に選ばれないことがあります。

7. Depending on the situation, we may limit the number of people who can participate onsite.

状況によっては、オンサイト参加の人数制限をする可能性があります。
