About the Travel Award Closed
Applications are welcome from both domestic and international participants.
Travel award (up to a maximum of 50,000 JPY) will be provided to students and postdoctoral researchers who plan to attend the meeting on site and apply for an oral presentation.
The support amount will be determined based on actual travel expenses, with a maximum of 50,000 JPY.
Please prepare the required documents (in Japanese or English) according to the instructions below, combine them into a single PDF file, and submit it via the Google Form linked below.
The application deadline for this grant is Friday, July 11, 2025.
Successful applicants will be contacted via the registered email address by the organizing committee.
The travel award will be awarded on the second day (Tue, Sep 2, 2025) of the meeting.
Documents to be submitted as a single PDF file:
(1) CV (any format)
(2) Proof of enrollment or employment at your lab (e.g., copy of student ID, staff ID, or job offer letter)
(3) Recommendation letter from your PI (any format)
(4) Tentative schedule in Japan (e.g., other presentations or lab visits, etc.; any format)

国内・海外からの参加者を問わず募集します。
現地参加し、口頭発表を希望する学生・ポスドクには旅費を支援します。
支援額は旅費に応じて最大で 5万円までです。
以下の説明にしたがって準備した必要書類（日本語または英語）を
一つのPDFファイルにまとめてご提出下さい。
本グラントの申請の締切りは2025年7月11日（金）です。
採択者には事務局から登録されたメールアドレスにご連絡いたします。
開催２日目 (2025年9月2日(火)) に、会場で支給予定です。
PDF形式で提出する書類（1つのファイルにまとめて提出してください）：
(1) CV（様式自由）
(2) 在籍または雇用を証明する書類（学生証や職員証、または、採用通知書のコピーなど）
(3) 所属PIの推薦書 (本会議への参加を推薦することを明記, 様式自由)
(4) (海外から参加される方) 滞在予定期間（他の学会発表や研究室訪問等; 様式自由)
