HighFliers, since its foundation in 2012-13 by Amit Sir and Chirag Sir, has realized the significance and impact, that fostering one's passion has on their life.

A world that has always seen passionate individuals bringing about revolutions and movements, has ironically always clamped down on the expression of it, has prioritized whatever is considered the "norm".

But we, as the youth and citizens of the future, do not agree. We believe in beautiful expressions of passion, of chasing one's dreams no matter what, even if they don't align with society's normal.

Thus, we provide a platform to the students, that celebrates every aspect of them and gives them an environment to grow and develop their passions, and to ultimately, serve the world in the best way, in a way that's loving and firm, and kind. And above all, is confident in themselves and believe in their dreams even if no one else does. Together, we strive to make the world a little more kind, a little more accepting.

We, as a team, aim to bring the people associated with us to a wider stage, and to hone in them a sense of responsibility towards the world. Along the way, through various social-themed events, with students involved both in their managerial aspect as well as participants, we aim to groom them into a confident and fearless version of themselves, while also helping them become true leaders. When they go out in the real world, they do so full of a confident sense of righteousness as well as an empathetic heart. We hope that when the current youth evolves into the true sense of leadership, it will leave a noticeably positive impact on the world.
