My Ph.D. research under PMRF is a contribution to the field of sports and sports training. This research has the practical applications not only for the training, but also for prevention of injuries in athletes, and hence, contributing to the success of the athlete.

My research focus on analyzing and improving performance efficiency of the sportsperson by working on the fatigue and recovery kinetics; and also, injury risk and prevention in endurance athletes.
