Registration

Registrations are open to children from the age of 5, enrolled at Ecole Jeannine Manuel or any other school, in France or abroad.

Fees - 2025

Fees per child:

• Week 1- July 7 to 11 (5 days) : 875€ (including a down payment of 400€)

July 14 : closed (national day)

• Week 2 - July 15 to 18 (4 days) : 700€ (including a down payment of 400€)

• Week 1 & 2 - July 7 to 18 (9 days) : 1575€ 

Prices listed are guaranteed for 2025 and include:

• extracurricular insurance;

• lunch (snacks are not provided).
  
  
  

Payment terms:

• Payment of the deposit at registration (by credit card via the registration form).

• Payment of the remaining balance before June 30, 2025 by bank transfer.

Cancellation policy:

• 20% of the down payment is non-refundable in case of cancellation before July 1st.

• The down payment is not refundable after July 1st.

• If a student is absent for a day, no refund will be given.

We should be informed of all allergies or special dietary requirements in the medical form, included in the online registration form.
For children living abroad, a certificate of vaccination is also required (BCG DTP). 

Medicine : copy of the prescription and medicine are to be given to the head of the camp.
Children should not have any sort of medication on them. 

Il est impératif que vous nous informiez de toute allergie ou contrainte alimentaire dans le questionnaire médical, inclus dans le formulaire d'inscription en ligne. Un certificat de vaccination BCG DTP est demandé pour tout enfant scolarisé à l'étranger.

Médicaments : merci de fournir la copie de l’ordonnance avec le médicament au responsable du camp.
Les enfants ne doivent en aucun cas avoir des médicaments sur eux. 

Sports attire : sneakers/sports shoes, shorts or jogging, t-shirt

Cap & rain jacket if necessary
