学校からのメールが見られない、という場合があります。
まずは、WESデータベースに登録されている保護者１、保護者２双方の第一メールアドレスを確認してください。保護者が勘違いをして間違ったメールアドレスを登録していた事例が数件あります。正しく設定した場合には、ご使用のメールアプリに応じて対応をお願いします。
Gmailの場合はほとんどがSpamとして検知され、Spamフォルダに入れられています。まずはSpamフォルダの中身を精査してください。なおGmailの場合は30日でSpam内のメールは消去されます。入っている様でしたら、下記Whitelist方を長期的解として推奨します。
Hotmail/Outlookの場合はほとんどがブロックされ、闇に葬られています。下記Whitelist方を解として推奨します。
There have been multiple incidents where e-mails from the Japanese Language School do not arrive in the Guardians' Inboxes. First, check your registered e-mail address(es) in the WES Database. E-mails from the JLS are sent to the first e-mail addresses of Guardian #1 and Guardian #2.
All Gmail incidents have been determined to be Google's A.I. flagging the e-mails as Spam and moving them to the Spam Folder. Please double check your Spam Folder and tag each e-mail as Not Spam to further educate Google's decision making process. For a permanent fix, please refer to below instructions to Whitelist our domain.

Gmailの場合には大抵、Spamフォルダに入っています。Spamフォルダ内を検証し、学校からのメールが見つかった際にはNot Spam定義をしてください。メールはInboxに戻され、Google側のA.I.も少しづつ学習していくはずです。
長期的な解としては、Gmailの設定で迷惑メール扱いにしない」という設定をしてください。

Gmailの場合にはSpamフォルダに入るのですが、Hotmail/Outlookの場合には完全にブロックされている事例がほとんどです。これを解決するためには保護者側でjlsboston.orgを信頼おける送付先に設定する必要がありますが、成功した事例は未だありません。Gmailの新規アドレス作成を推奨します。
In the case of Hotmail or Outlook, emails sent from the Japanese Language School are sometimes flagged as malicious and never make it to the intended recipients' Inbox nor Spam folder. We do not have the clout to negotiate exceptions with the aforementioned service providers and hence recommend creating a new Gmail-based address for the sole purpose of corresponding with the Japanese Language School.
