Job alike workshops are highly effective and collaboratively designed form of teacher led professional development. They are not 'courses'. They only work if all participants take full part in the design of the programme and the delivery of the workshops. All JAWS events at JIS are built around the theme of 'sharing high quality, effective practice'.
There is an expectation that attendees at the JAWS actively participate throughout the 2 days
