Welcome to Black Screen, a digital wellness application developed and operated by Jinhan Partners (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the Black Screen mobile application (the “App”) and its related features, services, or content (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”).
Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction to use the App. By accessing or using Black Screen, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You may need to register an account to access certain features. You agree to:

Accept full responsibility for all activity under your account.
We are not liable for any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree to use Black Screen responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws. You must not:

Interfere with App functionality or systems,
Misuse the Services in any fraudulent, harmful, or disruptive way.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
Some features of Black Screen may require a paid subscription.
Payment: Payments are handled through third-party platforms like the App Store or Google Play.
Renewals: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the billing period.
Cancellation: You may cancel anytime through your platform’s subscription settings. Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription.
No Refunds: All payments are final. We do not offer refunds for unused time or features.
All intellectual property related to Black Screen — including visuals, code, sounds, and branding — belongs to Jinhan Partners. You may not duplicate, modify, or distribute any part of the App without prior written consent.
Black Screen may support better sleep habits, but it does not provide medical guidance. The Services are not intended to diagnose or treat any condition. Always consult with a healthcare professional for medical advice.
We respect your privacy. Your personal data is collected and handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you agree to how we manage your data as outlined in that policy.
We may update or remove features at any time, without notice. We are not obligated to maintain or continue any part of the Services.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee availability, accuracy, or fitness for a specific purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jinhan Partners will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of data, sleep issues, device failures, or any impact resulting from use of the App.
You agree to defend and indemnify Jinhan Partners against claims or losses arising from your misuse of the App or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Legal disputes must be resolved in Korean courts.
