What can I expect during my first session?
We will meet for about 60-90 minutes to complete a biopsychosocial assessment. This assessment will gather individual, family, medical, psychiatric, social, occupational, and educational history. This information will help us to create a treatment plan together that includes your goals and frequency of therapy.
