I'm just a regular guy trying to earn some extra money on the side doing various odd-jobs. I can do lawncare, weed trimming, pressure-washing, gutter cleaning, junk/trash removal, moving services, and many other things. I have a 5'x8' open utility trailer and can bring my own equipment. Electric and/or water hookups may be necessary depending on the work requested. I am not certified for any electrical, construction, or plumbing work, so please do not inquire about any of these services. Services We Offer
Year-Round
Furniture Assembly:
- Assembly service for furniture pieces such as tables, dressers, desks, etc. I can provide my own tools to complete the assembly. For any unusual assembly requests, please contact me.
Moving Services:
- Pre-packed moving services from one business/residence to another business/residence. I will provide an SUV and open utility trailer with necessary straps/tarps/bungee cords. This does NOT include any packing service.
Trash/Junk/Appliance Removal:
- If you have any large trash, recycling, or appliances that need to be hauled away, I can do that as well. I only ask for assistance loading heavy/awkward items onto the trailer (price can be negotiated depending on the amount of help needed to load).

Seasonal
Gutter Cleaning:
- Single-story housing gutter cleaning with pressure-washer and/or by hand. This will include removal of the debris from the property. Multi-story housing is not yet available. Note: water and electric hookups will need to be provided on-site for pressure-washing.
Painting/Staining/Sealing:
- Simple outdoor painting/staining/sealing service. For an added fee, I will provide necessary supplies and/or paint/stain/sealant.
Lawn mowing and/or trimming:
- I will provide my own lawnmower, trimmer, and fuel. Lot size limitation of 1/2 acre for mowing services.
Pressure-wash cleaning services:
- Vehicles, siding, decks, sidewalks, driveways, and anything else you may need. I will provide equipment and detergent if a chemical wash is requested. Note: water and electric hookups will need to be provided on-site.
Snow and ice removal services:
- Snowblower and/or shovel snow removal, followed by a low-temperature salt to melt thick ice and prevent refreezing. I will provide all equipment and fuel necessary to complete the job.
Pricing
Due to the nature of this type of work, each job will receive a unique quote. I commit to being fair and reasonable with all quotes, small to large. Since I am only doing this as a side job and not a main source of income, I am quite flexible in my pricing and will try to reach an agreement with all clients so that nobody feels they wasted their time or money. Please understand that my fees are designed to cover my expenses first and foremost.
Special Requests
If you have any special requests related to one of the jobs listed, please let me know as soon as possible so that I can provide an updated quote, if necessary. Special requests will receive a separate line item on the invoice. Any special requests made after my arrival cannot be guaranteed.
Unique Jobs
If you have a unique job that I have not listed above, please don't hesitate to reach out with your request. If I am reasonably capable of performing the job, I will.
Material/Supply Pickup
If you have a job that requires extra materials, (such as paint, sealer, power washing detergent, etc.) then the quote I provide will include pickup and delivery of those required materials. You may either place an online order and list me as a pickup contact, or provide me with a list of the materials you want, and I will pick them up and bring them with me when I perform the job. Equipment will be provided by me at no extra charge.
Scheduling
Here I have my work schedule publicly-available for your convenience. Whenever I receive a job with a confirmed quote, I will add the job to this calendar. Every effort will be made to keep this calendar up to date with all jobs and any times I will be unavailable. Until a quote is confirmed, I cannot guarantee a time slot.
Please note that no personal information is viewable to the public. While I use this for scheduling and record-keeping on my own, I have set the calendar to only show Open/Busy for all accounts aside from my own. Your privacy is important to me and I will never disclose any personal information without your express consent.

I will do everything in my power to perform the best job I can for all of my clients. If you have any special requests, every attempt will be made to fulfill them. Do keep in mind that special requests are not guaranteed unless noted on the invoice. If you are not completely satisfied with the work I complete for you, please let me know and give me a chance to correct the issue first. If the issue cannot be corrected, I will refund 100% of the fee associated with the service.
