Warranty

ATLAS products are made from high-quality components, superior-quality furniture foam and fire retardant materials and come with a 5-year (return to base) warranty.

Covered by Warranty:

• Manufacturing faults and defects in components and materials. 

• To keep your warranty valid, ensure normal use and a weight limit of 150kg. 

Not Covered:

• Normal wear and tear and return costs.

• Resold products.

• If your chair develops a defect within the warranty period (5 years from the date of purchase, with validation), contact your place of purchase.

Additional Information:

• To return a product, pack it in protective packaging and obtain the required authorisation. All returned products will be inspected and either repaired or replaced at the manufacturer's discretion. Non-defective products will incur a maintenance charge of £30, plus return costs.

• This warranty adds to and does not affect your statutory or legal rights.

• ATLAS products are manufactured and assembled in the UK and are made from high-quality components, superior-quality furniture foam and fire-retardant materials.

• ATLAS chairs have been tested and approved for use in residential, commercial and public sector environments and are compliant with the following furniture fire safety standards:
  BS 5852 including BS 5852: 2006 Clause 11 - S5 [Crib 5 Test] BS 7176,  EN 1021-1 & EN1021-2.
