He holds a B.A. in Sociology and an MBA from East Tennessee State University (ETSU), bringing both academic insight and practical experience to the world of business consulting. As the founder of Flake Consulting Services, LLC, Jeremy is committed to helping small businesses and veteran-owned companies succeed in federal contracting, compliance, and growth. His approach is mission-driven, rooted in integrity, precision, and a deep commitment to empowering others through service.

Curtis Clontz

Curtis is a retired U.S. Navy Chief Petty Officer with over 22 years of service as a Helicopter Crew Chief and Training Manager. He brings a proven record of leadership, training development, and organizational growth to every team he supports. He holds both a B.S. in Organizational Development and a Master’s in Human Resources and Organization Development from the University of Louisville. Curtis is deeply committed to empowering teams, fostering collaboration, and inspiring others through innovative and engaging learning experiences.

Kevin M. Caron – Senior Supply & Operations Advisor

Kevin is a retired U.S. Navy Senior Chief Petty Officer with over 21 years of distinguished service in supply chain management, and logistics leadership across the Submarine Force. Throughout his career, he excelled in government procurement, contracting, personnel management, and large-scale operational planning. Kevin has overseen multimillion-dollar budgets, coordinated logistics for new submarine construction, and implemented policies to streamline supply readiness for mission-critical operations worldwide. He continues to apply this expertise in the civilian sector, supporting supply operations, hazardous materials management, and contracting compliance.
