Math Accelerated

Math Accelerated is an activity at JFKS for students with a special interest in mathematics. The activity is bilingual and open to all students grades 7 to 12. Students come to work on a variety of new and interesting challenges and problems in the field of mathematics.  Working together, students develop and discuss different solution ideas and learn unique problem-solving strategies. 

One of the aims of the activity is to prepare students for participation in a variety of math competitions in both languages (see below).

Math Accelerated will take place Fridays in W303, 6th period.
