Regrettably, most of Dnipro's Jewish cemeteries were destroyed and paved over as a result of Soviet policy. Due to heroic efforts of Jewish people from Dnipro and around the world, one cemetery with over 2,500 graves has been rehabilitated and the names of those buried has been indexed. This is located in the Zapadny residential complex of Dnipro. It's known as the Dnipropetrovsk Jewish Cemetery (Western Residential Area) on the JewishGen Online Worldwide Burial Registry. Additionally, the Jewish Section of the Zakhidne Municipal Cemetery has about 2,000 gravestones. It is unclear to the author of this page whether or not there is an online index for those buried at the Zakhidne Cemetery.
Dnipro once had Jewish cemeteries in the Shevchenkivskyi District, Pisarzhevsky Park, and in Nyzhnyodniprovs'k, which is now part of the city of Dnipro.
The Jewish Community of Dnipro's website (in Russian or English) has photographs of the gravestones the Western Residential Area cemetery, accessible through their searchable index. Please note that you will need to know your research subject's accurately-spelled surname in Cyrillic in order to search. It's recommended to search first in the JewishGen Online Worldwide Burial Registry to find out if your ancestor is buried there before you go to searching for the photo on the page that requires Russian characters.
Anna Medvedovska's article in Ukrainian Jewish Encounter details the locations of mass killing during the Holocaust and the locations of monuments to the Jewish residents of Dnipro who perished.
