How To Bid

How to Participate:

1. Find an item you would like to bid on under the Auction Items tab.

2. Look at the table to find the current highest bid.

3. Fill out the form to create your own bid (please note the minimum bid increase and minimum bid value).

4. Refresh your webpage and check the table to make sure your bid entry saved.

5. Check back later to try and keep your highest bid!

What's Next?:

If you are the highest bidder when the auction closes, you will receive a confirmation email from Jewels Academy with your winning item(s), item code(s), and payment instructions. Once payment has been received, a member of our team will contact you to arrange item pickup or confirm your shipping details, if applicable. 

To ensure a fair auction process, payment must be received within seven (7) days of the notification email. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the item may be offered to the next highest bidder.

Finalize Your Payment :

Payments may be made using one of the following methods:

• Zelle (preferred)

• Cash or Check (preferred for in-person payments)

• PayPal (please add a 5% processing fee)

When submitting your payment, please include your winning item number or bid item in the memo or notes section to help us process your purchase.
