You can pay your remaining balance earlier than the due date or pay the remaining balance all at once without worrying about additional charges and fees. To make payment, click on the link: Jetabroad Bank Details & Confirmation Form.
Payment must be made on time to avoid ticket cancellation as stated in the terms & conditions. If you have missed payment by a few days and intend to make payment now, please let us know immediately by filling out the Late Payment Form.
Bank transfer may take up to 3 business days to process. We will send you an email confirmation once the funds have come through. If you have not heard from us in this time frame, you may check the status of the payment using the Payment Confirmation Request Form.
Your booking confirmation will be sent to you by email at the time of booking. Some e-tickets are issued immediately after booking and others may be issued closer to departure.
