To cancel the booking and avail credit or refund as per the offer, your ticket must be paid in full. You can cancel the booking at least 48 hours prior to your first scheduled departure. If you decide to cancel, you can get an 80% cash refund or a 95% credit of the original ticket amount. Your cash refund or credit will be processed after the remaining balance has been paid.

Cash refunds will be made to the original form of payment within 20 days after the date of your cancellation request. While Jetabroad credit will be issued within 3 days after the date of your cancellation request and can be used immediately.

Yes, you can use the credit voucher to pay for any flight booking at Jetabroad. The credit voucher is transferable and can be used to purchase tickets for anybody.

The credit voucher is valid for 1 year from the date of issue. The credit voucher can be redeemed for multiple flight bookings at Jetabroad until the value of the credit voucher is exhausted.
