We are happy to be able to offer Weekly Meal Packages to our JCS students as we begin the school year in a very different way. During the Summer, meals were provided through the Summer Food Service Program (SFSP) to anyone 18 & under. As we return to school, meals must follow guidelines of the National School Lunch Program (NSLP) and School Breakfast Program (SPB). Meal packages during the school year are available to students enrolled in JCS. Meals packages will include 5 Breakfasts & 5 Lunches (except if there's a holiday such as Labor Day).

Meals need to be pre-ordered by Midnight on Saturday for pick-up on Tuesday between 11:30am-1:30pm. Masks are encouraged for the safety of our staff at drive-thru meal locations. Please allow staff to place bags inside your car/trunk for "contact-less" service!

You may view the planned menus on the Food Service page of the JCS website. Take a moment to explore the menus. By clicking on an individual menu item, you will see the ingredients and nutritional information. You can filter the menu by allergens, too!

As you complete this form, there is a place for you to make us aware of any Special Dietary needs. In order to make any changes to planned meals, we will need a current Special Dietary Needs form on file. This must be signed by a doctor and list foods to be avoided AND foods to substitute.
