The Lexington area is home to several esteemed music stores that offer rental programs for instruments. While JCS does have instruments available to rent through the school, these are normally reserved for JCS students.  We can also recommend renting from one of our local music stores. They will help make sure you have a high quality instrument and handle any repairs that might come up throughout the year. 

Please note:

Renting from a local music store has added benefits over shopping online and purchasing. Check with your child's teacher before purchasing an instrument online. It is important to have the correct instrument and size for one to be successful in orchestra!
