Your 2020-2021 Schedule

Due to recent events with COVID-19, scheduling will be completed through online measures. Please complete this form by April 20th. Your responses will be used to build your schedule by a counselor.

Before completing the form, please make sure that you have sketched out your new schedule by following the directions below:

1. Use the master schedule for both core classes and elective courses found on this below.

3. Use the Curriculum Guide and the JCTC Course descriptions found here to ensure you have met the minimum requirements or prerequisites for each course.

1. Using the master schedule and your course recommendations/requests, determine when each course on your recommendation/request is offered in the master schedule.

2. Place the course with the FEWEST number of offerings on your potential schedule.

3. Eliminate that period(s) and semester(s) of the course placed as an option for the remaining courses.

4. Place the next course with the FEWEST number of offerings on your potential schedule.

5. Eliminate that period(s) and semester(s) of the course placed in Step 4.

6. Follow the above process until your schedule is complete.

Things To Remember:

*Not all classes you requested may be offered. That's okay. We can determine alternate courses based on your responses to questions in the form.

*Engineering courses, Ag Welding and Ag Construction will be offered at WJHS.

*Business, Marketing, Biomedical Science, Information Technology and Health Science courses will be offered at JCTC.

*Family Consumer Science, Law, Military Leadership and Fire Science courses will be offered at EJHS.

*If you are beginning a new pathway, you will be scheduled for TWO courses if that pathway is off-campus. You need to remember this when you are scheduling your core classes...(i.e. if the pathway you are beginning is offered at JCTC during third period, you will also be scheduled for a course at JCTC during fourth period. Therefore, in this scenario, your core courses would be 1st, 2nd, 5th and 6th.)
