Meet Location - The meet will be hosted at the site of the former Lone Oak Golf Course. The address is 44 Club Lane, Nicholasville, KY.

Coaches can check-in and pickup your RACE PACKETS at the check-in tent near the main entrance gate.

REVISED Meet Schedule - Saturday September 25th

• 7:00 AM - Course opens for warm-ups

• 8:30 - High School Girls Varsity - 5000 Meter Race

• 9:10 - High School Boys Varsity - 5000 Meter Race

• 10:00 - High School Mixed Reserve - 5000 Meter Race

  • HS Awards - immediately following conclusion of each race.

  • High School Traffic should exit the course when their race is finished.

• 11:30 - Course opens for Middle School Traffic to enter

• 12:30 Middle School Girls 4000 Meter Invitational (Top 7 per team)

• 1:10 - Middle School Boys 4000 Meter Invitational (Top 7 per team)

• 1:50 - Middle School Boys/Girls Open 4000 Meter Race (No Limit)

MS Awards - immediately following conclusion of each race.

• 5:45 PM - K-2 Girls 2k Race

• 6:00 - K-2 Boys 2k Race

• 6:20 - Grades 3-5 Girls 2k Race

• 6:45 - Grades 3-5 Boys 2k Race

• 7:15 - Elementary Awards Presentation
