Meet Location - The meet will be hosted at West Jessamine Middle School (1400 Wilmore Road). Please refer to the Parking Page or Course Map Page for more information. The site is easily accessed from either US 68 Harrodsburg Road or US 27 Nicholasville Road.

Coaches can check-in and pickup your RACE PACKETS at the Awards Pavilion by the team tent areas (behind the elementary school).

Spectator admission is free but there is a $5.00 charge per vehicle for entry into the parking lots at West Jessamine Middle School & Rosenwald Dunbar Elementary School.

- 8:00 - Course opens for warm-ups
- 9:00 - High School JV/Reserve Race - 5000 Meter Race
- 9:40 - High School Girls Varsity - 5000 Meter Race
- 10:20 - High School Boys Varsity - 5000 Meter Race
- HS Awards - immediately following conclusion of Varsity Boys Race
- 11:00 - Middle School Girls 4000 Meter Invitational (Top 10 per team)
- 11:30 - Middle School Boys 4000 Meter Invitational (Top 10 per team)
- 12:00 - Middle School Boys/Girls Open 4000 Meter Race
- MS Awards - immediately following conclusion of Middle School Open Race
- 12:30 - 6th Grade and Under Girls 3000 meter race
- 12:50 - 6th Grade and Under Boys 3000 meter race
- 1:10 - 4th Grade and Under Girls 2000 meter race
- 1:30 - 4th Grade and Under Boys 2000 meter race
- 2:00 - 2nd Grade & Under Mixed 2000 meter race
- Elementary Awards - immediately following conclusion of 2nd Grade & Under Race

- Concessions will be sold from the Concession Stand @ Awards Pavilion.
- Bathrooms are accessible via the track main entrance or two side gates from the cross country course.
- A wheel chair ramp is located at the track front entrance and has a sidewalk to the bathrooms.
- Concessions will feature Chick-fil-A sandwiches, assorted chips, fruit, and a selection of drinks.
- T-shirts will be available on site (see t-shirt page for more information).
Where is the best place to watch the race?
Where is the best place to watch the race?
- This course is VERY SPECTATOR FRIENDLY. The majority of each race can be observed from the central location near the start and finish lines. If you have a pair of binoculars you can pretty much see most of the race.
