Applicant has plans to participate in a post-secondary education school or program, including vocational or technical programs within 12 months of award

Must attend a 2-4 yr college, university or a trade school/program
Must have a GPA between 3.0 and 3.7

Be the recipient of the Eagle Scout Award, Girl Scout Gold Award, Venture Summit Award or Sea Scout Quartermaster Award
Be a Registered, active member of a Boy or Girl Scout Troop, Venturing Crew or Sea Scout Ship at the time the reward is received
Have demonstrated exemplary citizenship in school, scouting and community
