STRUCTURE OF THE DAY
Project Izwi
Share your unspoken message.
Project Izwi, officially launching in 2025, is all about giving a voice to the mental health struggles that so many young people face. "Izwi" means "voice" in isiZulu, and that's what we want to give—especially to young men who feel like they’re not being heard or who are battling in silence.
Through Project Izwi, we’re creating a platform that provides helpful information through videos, interviews, and, most importantly, real stories from people who have found meaning and understanding through their challenges. By sharing these stories, we want to inspire hope and remind everyone that you’re not alone. Each story shared is proof of the strength within our Jeppe community.
Together, we can change how we talk about mental health and make sure that every single one of you knows your voice matters—a voice that deserves to be heard and a voice that can inspire change.
Do you have a story to share? Are you passionate about mental health? We would love to interview you. Please reach out by sending an email to projectizwi@jeppeboys.co.za
Project Izwi Team:
