Recording Zoom presentations

With the permission of presenters, ERAO records Zoom sessions to make them available to our members for educational purposes. Videos are included at the bottom of mass emails for a limited time following each session. Mass emails (also known as bulk emails) are distributed to members only and are not intended for broader public consumption. Unauthorized sharing, copying or use of any kind is prohibited.

If you sign up for a Zoom session, and you don't want to be recorded, you may turn off your camera and/or microphone and still observe the presentation while ensuring your privacy.

We do not share your personal information with third parties

We do not share your personal information, including email addresses, with any third parties other than those involved in our daily course of doing business. Sharing your personal information with any third party requires, by law, that we seek your explicit permission.

What personal information might you collect about me?

We may collect the following information about you when you join ERAO, register for activities, and/or pay membership or registration fees:

• Name

• Phone Number

• Email Address

• Purchase history

• Product/service preferences

When you visit our website, we may, but not necessarily, collect:

• information about your computer, including your IP address, the type of operating system and browser you use, and your computer's general location (i.e. town, city or municipality)

• what pages you visit on our site and what links you click on

• any files that you download (from our website only)

• referring website (i.e. Google or another website)

Note: Website visits do not give us any information about the individual, his or her name, street address, postal code, phone number, or any other data of a personal nature. In other words, you may browse our website with complete confidence that your privacy is ensured.

When you subscribe to our mass email distribution service, we may, but not necessarily, collect::

• Mass email history (whether our not you opened a particular mass email)

Note: ERAO uses the "Mailerllite" email marketing service. Emails must be sent to you using this system, and must be done so ONLY wth your permission. Permission can be implied (i.e. you already belonged to a mass email list and have received mass emails from our organization in the past), or permission can be explicit (i.e. if not already on an active email list, you must sign up, giving us your explicit permission to send you mass emails). Opportunities to become an ERAO member are available on our website. The membership form asks for your explicit permission to allow us to add you to our mass email list . You always retain the right to unsubscribe from our mass emails at any time.
